Kits: Step 2. Choose Your Atomizers

If you haven't already chosen a POWER SYSTEM, do that first. Choose your type and quantity of atomizers on the above tabs. When you are done, proceed to the Chem Systems Section to choose fluid metering components.

There are literally hundreds of possible configurations to suit your needs. For simplicity, only the most common are shown here. For a more comprehensive list of atomizer options, please click the Proptec Atomizer Builder or Penguin Atomizer Builder pages, or call us for expert applications assistance.

If you want to apply pesticide, you will most likely want a PT100 series or PT050 Series. For non-mobile agricultural, industrial, or other applications, you may want one of out other hydraulic or electric atomizers. Again, please dont hesitate to call for applications assistance.

Dual injector tubes for high volume spraying. U-Bail for vertical-up applications.

Typical uses: wastewater evaporation, high-volume misting and cooling, where higher flows to 6 gallons per minute are required. Also for situations where two fluids cannot be mixed until the moment of application, and must be introduced separately to the atomizer.

PT101 Atomizers are specialized for ultra-fine mist applications, such as dispersal of fumigation or odor control substances. They create a medium-low volume of air and a wide conical pattern that disperses quickly.

PT050 Atomizers look identical to our original PT100 air-assisted and guarded atomizers, but require less hydraulic oil and less horsepower to run. Ideal for sprayers powered by tractor remote hydraulic systems, or for very large self-propelled sprayers in vegetable or row crops- power up to 20 atomizers on a single sprayer!

Beyond the PT050 and PT100 Series, we offer many other hydraulic atomizer configurations. A few of the most popular are shown below. Ideal for spraying in severe environments, hydraulic motor driven atomizers operate in high heat, highly abrasive, or highly corrosive environs where an electric motor would not be suitable. Use in stacks, seed treaters or other bulk treatment operations, plenums, or other specialized industrial processes. May be coupled with your fan to provide a custom spray profile, especially in mobile applications.
