AccuStaltic Multiple channel metering pumps

AccuStaltic™ Manifold Types

Accu-Staltic™ tubing manifolds are what make these pumps so useful and versatile- allowing you to get the most out of our multiple channel design. A manifold can be exchanged by removing 2 simple bolts- allowing you to install another preloaded manifold for fast service during downtime, to change pump tubing size quickly, or to change the use of the pump all together- our manifold designs allow you to configure exactly to your application!

COMMON CHANNEL MANIFOLD
  • Maintains 1 inlet, 1 outlet flow
  • Increases flow capability by using multiple tubes in unison.
  • Flow rates to 40 gallons per minute, with a peristaltic pump!
  • Wide flow range with 0-600 rpm capacity
  • Allows higher flows & pressures than other types of peristaltic pumps- to 70 PSI
  • Eliminates need for hose pumps when large flows are needed
  • Best for flows with suspended particulates of .188" or smaller.
  • Higher pulse frequency for more uniform flow.
  • High vacuum capability (up to 28.5" Hg) for good material flow.

FLOW-DIVIDING MANIFOLD
  • Divides 1 Flow Into Multiple Metered Flows
  • All Stainless Steel Construction
  • Brass Hose Barbs Standard, Optional Stainless Steel Or Plastic
  • Tubes Can Be Changed In Minutes
  • Flow-Thru Design Helps Keep Aggregates In Suspension

DISCRETE CHANNEL MANIFOLD
  • Multiple Tubes Sizes Possible In Same Pump
  • Each Tube Is A Discrete Pump
  • Fluid Containment Within Tubing
  • Pump Converts To Different Tube Size In Minutes
  • No Fittings Or Cavities To Hold Fluid Contamination
  • Clampless Tube Retainer Will Not Kink Or Abrade Tubing
  • Fast Tube Change
