AccuStaltic Multiple channel metering pumps

Product Features

All of our Accustaltic pumps come with the following features:

Massive design for long term performance.

Teflon coated Aluminum, stainless steel, and polymer construction to resist damage from process fluids.

Permanently Lubricated rotor and bearings.

Does not need regular maintenance on bearings or other parts. Hoses should be periodically lubricated. Should you have a hose rupture, in most cases your bearings will not become contaminated and sieze.

Tubing interchangeability.

Your Pump is built to accept 1 wall thickness of tubing. Pump will accept ANY diameter of tubing, if it has the rated wall thickness.

Tube Wall thickness interchangeability:

3 rotor diameters to accommodate 3 different wall thicknesses of tubing. Rotors can be interchanged to convert pump to a different tubing size.

Manifold interchangeability:

did your needs change? Don't buy a new pump, buy new manifold instead and re-configure. 2 bolts replace the entire assembly.

Easy maintenance.

Removable stator (cover). Allows inspection & lubrication of tubing in less than 1 minute. Tubes can be individually replaced. 3-5 minutes to replace tube.

Re-buildable.

Pump can be rebuilt in about 1 hour, for a fraction of the new cost. Pump and Motor Easily separable. Return rotor for core credit. Minimize spare parts inventory.

Unique innovations keep you running.

Patented feature allows hoses to swell and expand up to 6 inches without kinking or pinching. Keeps your process going.

Rock solid 2 year (5000 Hour) warranty.

If your pump fails in this time period, we will fix or replace it.

Easy to specify.

Available as a stand-alone pump or as a complete pump/ motor combination.
