What if you wanted to mix a fixed proportion of 2 fluids at say, a 7:3 ratio? Not that tough, right? Now, what if you wanted to vary the speed of the throughput to match a process- now that gets tougher… or is it?

With an Accustaltic discrete channel pump, proportional mixing is a snap. By putting some tubes in Drum A, and some tubes from Drum B, then joining the outlets together, a nearly infinite combination of ratios can be achieved.

Typical applications:

  • 2 Part glues and resins
  • Diluting chemical at the point of use(water:active)
  • Fertilizer mixing
accustaltic 10 channel pump- makes it easy to proportion liquids in 1/10th parts.

23 possible 2- part ratios can be achieved with a 12-channel pump. It’s never been easier to get EXACTLY the mix you wanted, and still be able to vary the total flow to exactly what you need!

If you need to mix 3 or more fluids, we can do that, too- no extra charge. Mix up to 12 separate fluids into one flow, or fewer fluids at varying ratios- need a 6:5:1 ratio o 3 fluids? it's never been easier. Nearly 9000 total ratio combinations can be achieved from 1, 12 channel pump.

No PLC’s necessary, no complicated synchronization, only one motor, only one pump, mix and match tubes as necessary to get your ratios. Dramatically simplify your operation!

Food- grade or sensitive metering applications:
Is cleanup getting you down? A discrete channel pump has a totally smooth, unobstructed fluid path, with no undercuts, valves, manifolds or glands to hold contamination and disease. With FDA rated tubing, maintaining a sterile fluid path has never been easier.  Need to change over your process on a regular basis? Don’t spend hours of costly downtime disassembling and cleaning piston pumps. The 12-channel Accu-staltic™ pump can be totally stripped and re-tubed in about 30 minutes, with a fresh set of sterile, ready to run tubing. Smaller pumps are even faster. Autoclave the tubing you just removed, and you’re ready for the next changeout.

Once you have set up a ratio, it will be nearly absolute, no matter what you do, or how fast the pump runs. You can now choose a fixed speed, or vary the speed of the pump to match the proper pumped volume for your process.

Mixing considerations:

Need good mixing of your components? Accu-Staltic pumps are capable of providing up to 70 PSI or more of pressure, allowing you to put static mixers in-line.
