When maintenance is required, changing hoses is a snap- taking only a couple of minutes. Your maintenance people will love the fact that with an Accustaltic pump, they can inspect the hose to check for wear long before a tube fails. Open the pump in 30 seconds or less, inspect the tubing on all channels, and be back online in under a minute!

Rebuildable
Are your pumps failing in a couple of months, and then you find that you have to replace the ENTIRE pump head, because it is non-rebuildable? That’s great for the pump manufacturer, but bad for you!

Flexible configurations:
Do your pumping needs change from time to time? Many features can be changed with little to no cost- tubing ID, manifold type, number of channels- what do you need today? The only thing you can’t change about an Accu-Staltic pump is the wall thickness of the tubing and the maximum number of pumping channels- those are constant.

Screen printing

Have a particularly valuable ink or reagent that you are screening? Accu-Staltic pumps can help spread it. A multiple-channel pump can help distribute your custard-thick inks across the screen more uniformly. Better distribution can equal less waste and lower cost.
