Penguin™ and Penguin PRO™ series Electric Atomizers

Choose a Penguin ™ electrically-powered atomizer when some to all of the following design conditions apply to you:

Fixed installations or portable applications
size and weight of the atomizer is not critical
Ambient environment under 100 degrees F (40 degrees C.)
condensing humidity, dust and dirt are present.
sprayed fluids are only mildly corrosive.
electricity or electric fields are OK; explosion-proof rating not required.
spray rates typically under 4 gallons (16 l ) per minute, with 2 GPM or less as ideal.
no air assist, air assist under 1500 CFM, or air assist from an external source (such as an HVAC system) are specified.
electric power is already on-site and available.

If few or none of these conditions apply to you, you may want to consider our Proptec™series hydraulic powered atomizers.

Penguin series atomizers give high volume, ultra-fine mists that disperse quickly. Incredible ease of installation and use, they have a simple single or 3-phase motor; there are no sophisticated controllers or electronics. Simply wire in the atomizer, plumb a water line, and they are ready to work. NEW for Fall 2008: Operates on 110V or 220V single-phase, 50 OR 60 hertz. 3 phase 220/440V also available.

USA made tropicalized motor- several choices available.
Very fine (<50 micron) to medium droplet spectrum
