How low do you go? low volume spraying, from a few cc's per minute on up, can be problematic- especially if the material is viscous or abrasive. But not with a rotary atomizer- from cc's to liters per minute, they just keep spraying, over a wide range of droplet spectra.
Rotary atomizers are perfect for ultra-low-volume applications where a radial spray pattern and high diffusion rates are desired. Application rates down to an ounce or less per minute are easily handled. Glue application Variable rate applications, especially where there is a ramp-up or ramp-down Fumigation Bulk solids treatment/bin piling Seed treatment Herbicide application Straight materials, even with viscosities over 10,000 centipoise (shown below), can be atomized with our Proptec™ and Penguin™ Atomizers.
	Application at very low rates is often nearly invisible. Below see an application rate of approximately 1 Liter per minute
