The Proptec PT100, our original atomizer, has increased the efficiency of mobile chemical and pesticide application for over 13 years, increasing coverage and reducing water and active material needs. These atomizers carry all the rugged features of our dual-stage atomizers, adding rugged guarding and air-assist blades as standard equipment.

Creates conical spray pattern 30 to 100 feet or more (9.15 to 30 meters)
Handles spray rates from milliliters up to 6 gallons per minute (23 liters per minute)
Droplet spectra from 40 – 250 microns in diameter
Six or twelve inch basket models
Offered in Hydraulic power only to meet the demanding needs of the mobile chemical applicator

PT050 Series require less power than PT100 atomizers- use only 2 GPM of oil & 3 HP per atomizer, creating up to 6000 cubic feet per minute of air assist. For situations where hydraulic capacity is limiting, such as very small or very large sprayers, or when the higher air capacity of the PT100 series atomizers is not neccesary.

PT100 Series with a beefy 6 horsepower hydraulic motor providing up to 10,000 cubic feet/min of air assist, penetrates the deepest canopies and other difficult applications. Battles winds to keep sprays on target, and you on schedule.
