Dual-Stage Atomizers

Dual-stage atomizers deliver coarse droplet atomization with superior resistance to clogging and abrasion. Available in hydraulic or electric powered configurations.

Creates radial droplet patterns with a spray radius from 2.5 – 13 feet (0.8 – 4 meters)
available air- assist can create conical spray patterns, delivering spray up to 100 feet.
Handles chemical flow rates up to 12 gallons per minute (26.5 liters per minute)
Droplet spectra from 38 to 200+ microns in diameter (what's a micron?)
Spray heavy or viscous suspensions with suspended particulate as large as .60" (1.5 mm)
